  • What if I want a refund or change my mind about my order?
    If you send us an email before we ship your order we will make any changes or refund your order in 48 hours. Just email us your cancellation request to
  • How long does my order take to ship after I place it?
    We will process your order within 24 hours Monday thru Friday and you will receive it in 3-5 days.
  • What if I want to increase my existing order to save on shipping cost?
    Please send us an email to requesting to increase your order with your contact information and we will fill the order with your requested products. As long as it has not shipped we will make the change.
  • Does your company offer Fundraisers?
    Yes we do, please email us with your contact information at and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We work with all non-profit and for-profit organizations and provide all the marketing tools to make you successful. This is a good way to generate funds for your organization.
  • How do I get Free Shipping?
    When you order $75.00 or more your shipping is FREE.
  • How much is the shipping if I don't meet the $75.00 amount ordered?
    We have a flat rate of $9.75 per order.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes we do and it's a great way to send someone special a special gift!
  • What happens if the purchase is more than the gift card value?
    After the Gift Card amount is applied, if there is a balance due it can be paid at check out.
  • What happens if the total order due is less than the Gift Card value?
    The remaining balance can be use for future purchases.
  • Can a Gift Card holder check their balance?
    Currently it is not possible for someone to check their balance.
